What should I pay attention to when using baking motors?

During the drying process, the baking temperature should be controlled at any time. The baking temperature is generally maintained at around 80°C, and the baking time is generally maintained at 8 to 10 hours (mainly depending on the power of the motor and the insulation resistance). The insulation resistance should be measured at any time, and the minimum should not be less than 0.5 megohms. Sometimes, after the motor has been baked for several hours, the insulation resistance still does not rise. At this time, it is not advisable to continue baking, otherwise it will cause insulation aging. You can continue baking after the motor core cools down until the insulation rises. When baking with the short-circuit method, the winding temperature should be measured at any time, and it should not exceed the allowable temperature of the motor. After drying, the motor winding should be poured with a layer of insulating paint or sprayed with a layer of 1321 air-dried enamel to prevent insulation moisture resurgence.
