WEG's 4th Supplier Conference ended successfully

On the afternoon of May 18, 2018, the 4th WEG Supplier Conference was successfully held at Guanghua International Hotel in Rugao, Jiangsu. More than 140 people including company leaders, colleagues from procurement, quality, EHS and technology departments, and invited supplier representatives gathered together to witness the development achievements and discuss development plans.General Manager of the Company Mr. Kuba delivered an opening speech, expressing his sincere gratitude to the suppliers for their long-term support and sincere cooperation. Then, Mr. Fumo, Director of Technology, Purchasing & Quality, and managers of Purchasing, Quality, EHS, and Technology departments respectively gave systematic speeches on topics closely related to suppliers, such as WEG China's prospects and development goals, quality, delivery time, price, integrity policy, environmental protection and safety, WEG technology and new developments, affirming the contributions made by suppliers to WEG's corporate growth, summarizing the achievements made so far and the difficulties and problems encountered in the cooperation process, sharing WEG's quality concepts and experience in quality control, and putting forward several expectations for future cooperation with suppliers.We hope that both parties can cooperate and develop together and share the fruits of progress. Awards were also presented to WEG's outstanding suppliers at the meeting. Afterwards, everyone visited the Rugao factory accompanied by company members.
