Common causes of motor stator winding failure

The stator winding is the main component of the motor and is also the main part of the motor that is most prone to failure.

Common reasons for motor stator winding failure are:

1. After long-term operation of the motor, the winding insulation ages; 

2. External influences (such as moisture, exposure to the sun, damage from metal foreign bodies, corrosion from harmful gases, etc.);
